Very pleased with the results I get with this product whenever I take it; no side effects, effective, and easy to swallow. Glad I found it at Piping Rock. I love the way they carry various products that other vitamin companies do not. I highly recommend this product and this company. My only complaint: The daily dose is 2 tabs, 2X a day.
